  • BE CONSISTENT. This makes getting endorphins a habit, this has such a positive effect on your mindset. You train yourself to choose wellness
  • TRAIN WITH MATES & ON YOUR OWN. Stay connected with yourself and others. Get comfortable moving with others. Its great to reduce your self consciousness, learn new skills from others and learn what great skills you have. Then when you need train when no one is around, you’re not dependent on anyone.
  • MAKE IT FUN. If it’s not fun, why on earth would you do it to yourself?
